Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Lie on your back with your feet together and arms by your sides.
  2. Inhale and lift your chest and feet off the ground simultaneously.
  3. Stretch your arms towards your feet.
  4. Keep your eyes, fingers, and toes in a straight line.
  5. Balance on your buttocks, keeping your spine straight.
  6. Hold for 10-30 seconds, breathing normally.
