How to Practice Kapalbhati

  1. Sit in a comfortable position with a straight spine.
  2. Place your hands on your knees, palms facing up.
  3. Take a deep breath in.
  4. Exhale forcefully through your nose, pulling your navel in towards your spine.
  5. The inhalation happens automatically.
  6. Focus on the forceful exhalation.
  7. Start with 20-30 rounds and gradually increase.
